Proof of Concept
Validate your idea & mitigate risk
You’ve got a great idea, but before diving into development, you need proof – proof that it’s feasible, viable, future-proof, and that people actually want it. Innovation is an adventure, and with every new idea comes uncertainty. That’s perfectly fine, especially since the real risk lies in hidden assumptions and moving forward without knowing what truly matters.
Enter the Proof of Concept. It’s your map to uncover the unknowns, test your assumptions, and gather real-world feedback before building anything major. This way, you’ll know early on if you’re on the right track or if it’s time to pivot.
We help you move quickly, validate smartly, and minimize risk so you don’t waste time (and money) chasing the wrong idea. By making those hidden risks explicit, you can move forward with confidence.
In no time at all, you’ll have the clarity you need to decide whether to forge ahead or adjust course. And we’ll be right there by your side.
The 4 key aspects of a successful product
Feasability – Can we build it?
Viability – Should we build it?
Desirability – Does anyone want us to build it?
Future-proof – Is it built to last?

How we work
We have a battle-tested, methodical plan for defining and running proof of concepts:
01
Chart the unknown
Together with stakeholders, we align on the proof of concept’s purpose and identify the biggest unknowns (i.e., risks) across viability, desirability, feasibility, and sustainability – what must be true for the idea to succeed?
02
Design the mission
We translate assumptions into testable hypotheses, define what success looks like, and develop a practical test plan. We also determine the right level of prototyping, ranging from simple mockups to functional integrations.
03
Run the expedition
We create the prototype and test the idea through qualitative and quantitative methods. Testing is iterative by nature – we refine prototypes based on feedback and run multiple rounds if needed.
04
Decode findings & choose a path
We analyze the results, extract key insights, and help the stakeholder tell the story. Based on what we’ve learned, we make informed decisions about the next steps, whether that’s to pivot, proceed, or go back to the drawing board.
What you’ll get
By the end, you’ll have:

Do you know what problem you’re solving?
A strong Proof of Concept requires a clearly defined problem to solve, along with a broad understanding of the envisioned product and the necessary technology. If you need help defining the problem you want to solve, have a look at our Digital Consulting services. As always, we’re happy to help.
