Personal data that we process
INFO processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provided these to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in writing and by telephone
- Information about your activity on our website, such as the pages that you visit and the frequency with which you visit these pages

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
INFO processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending you our newsletter (opt-in only) and updates for events (opt-in only)
- To be able to reach out to you by telephone or email if this is necessary to be able to perform our services

INFO does not make any decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without human interference (such as an INFO employee).
How long we keep your personal data
INFO doesn’t store your personal data any longer than is necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We use a retention period of 26 months for personal data.
Sharing personal data with third parties
INFO only provides personal data to third parties when this is necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with legal obligations.

View, change or delete data
You have the right to view, change or delete your own personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data, to protest the processing of your personal data by INFO and to data transferability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data that we have of you to a company of your choosing in a digital file. You can also put in a request for the viewing, correction, deletion and data transferability of your personal data, a request for withdrawal of your consent or a request to protest the use of your personal data by sending an email to privacy@info.nl.
To be sure that your request actually comes from you, we ask that you attach a copy of your passport to your request. In this copy, please cover your picture, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip at the bottom of your passport), passport number and your social security number in order to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, at least within four weeks. INFO would also like to point out the possibility to submit a complaint with the national supervisor, the Data Protection Authority. You can do so via this link.
How we secure your personal data
INFO is very serious about the protection of your data and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted publication and unauthorized changes.
