Info.nl has that elusive innovative DNA that fits in perfectly with what modern companies need in today’s digital age. For this blog, we would like to talk a little bit about Info.nl’s journey the past 25 years and about what we do.

25 years of pioneering

Info.nl was founded in 1994. At the time, the firm cleverly anticipated the arrival of the Internet in the Netherlands and was one of the first online agencies in the country. A little later, we pioneered in online banking, together with the Rabobank. In hindsight, this was one of the company’s first real milestones, but certainly not the last.

In 2009, Info.nl became Facebook’s first Dutch partner ever and 2012 it launched its Innovation Lab. This is the company’s own personal R&D center that it developed together with Innovation Director Iskander Smit.

Besides having its own R&D center, Info.nl also organizes several events, such as ThingsCon, Behavior Design Meetings, hackathons and a couple of smaller annual conventions. But it doesn’t stop there! Multiple Info.nl specialists teach courses at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam or participate in the Nodeschool initiative.

Corporate culture meets market demands

However the world and the company may have changed over the past 25 years, Info.nl has always been all about creating value for the end-user. Excellent products and services don’t just happen overnight, but are the result of corporate culture meeting market demands and motivated, smart people that are committed to making holistic innovations.

It was the late and great Steve Jobs that said “The only way to do great work is to love what you do” and over here at Info.nl, everybody loves what we do.

Our team of professionals consists of over 21 nationalities, but what they all have in common is their love for the innovative solutions that they are challenged to develop every day. If you have ever worked in a corporate environment, you know exactly how satisfying it can be to be challenged in such a manner. This causes Info.nl employees to not only be loyal, but to take pride in their work as well.

Here, experts are working together to come up with innovative visions and roadmaps, to design products and services, to realize complex digital solutions that cater to their client’s clients and to create value for the business. Together with the client, Info.nl works towards customer-oriented solutions with a social impact.

Future

In 2019, Info.nl turned 25, and it’s still as innovative as it was 25 years ago. Together with its clients, Info.nl is shaping the future with innovative solutions that people are happily using, like public transportation bikes, Greenwheels cars, Ayden banking software or the Voetbal International news app. I genuinely believe that these innovations are contributing to people’s well being and happiness on a large scale.

Info.nl’s team of 80+ employees works together on making a difference through holistic innovation. They do this by delivering products, services, design and IT formats for commercial companies and non-profit organizations alike.
