Design Sprint

LET’S BRING YOUR IDEA TO LIFE

So, you have a cool idea? Great! Now, all you need to do is convince others of the feasibility and added value of the idea, get them to join you on this quest, and validate your idea with real people as soon as possible. A lot of work but it’s the only way to find out if your idea has real value.

Luckily, you don’t have to go at it alone. We’re here to help. Our Design Sprint condenses months of planning and development from the initial stages of ideation to design, testing, and user feedback into just four days, ensuring a more informed and validated direction for development. We ask our Design Sprint clients to free up their complete team for at least two of the four days – it’s kind of like a pressure cooker. A very fun one where ingredients turn into actionable plans.

In less than a week, we’ll go through all the steps below, leaving you with a validated idea.

How we’re going to help you

01

Define

On the first day, the team shares their knowledge and gathers information from experts to get a clear view of the challenges. They then pick a focal point for the sprint.

02

Sketch

The second day starts with each team member sketching out solution ideas. Next, the team weighs, curates, and combines those ideas, to arrive at the concept to be prototyped.

03

Prototype

On the third day, our designers transform yesterday’s concept into a prototype. We’ll build something that looks realistic to your customers so we can get honest reactions from them during the test.

04

Test

On the fourth day, we test the prototype with five users. The team gathers feedback and learns if the concept has the value they expected.

What you’ll get

By the end of the Design Sprint, you’ll have:

A validated idea - A prototype of your idea, tested with real people

Insight into next steps - Knowing what your next steps are and making an informed decision

Alignment - The most important stakeholders understand why it's worth pursuing and who it's for

Increased co-ownership - Working together on an idea makes people more involved, causing them to take ownership of the idea

An energy boost - A design sprint is intense but also a lot of fun

More time - Having all stakeholders in one room for two days creates a decision-pressure cooker

Together, we’ll bring your idea to life.

Get in touch and let’s see how we can help you advance.
